Symplify agrees software partnership with Finnplay
Symplify, market leaders in CRM and CRO cloud solutions powered by AI, has agreed a progressive software partnership with Nordic iGaming platform provider, Finnplay.
The agreement means Finnplay and its extensive portfolio of tier-one partners gain instant access to Symplify’s technology through their existing integration. Finnplay and its partners will be able to support business growth via predictive marketing and on-site recommendation by optimising management of more than 10 channels including Web Push messaging, Email, Dynamic Web, Print and Social channels in-house.
Finnplay will also benefit from Symplify’s AI CRM capability including their Campaign and Journey builder modules to create a highly personalised and AI optimised experience that nurtures greater customer engagement and retention. Responsible gaming is at the core of Finnplay’s philosophy and several Artificial Intelligence modules will be introduced by Symplify to better oversee behaviours and allow pre-emptive measures. AI capability will empower operators to improve marketing strategies that lead to enhanced customer satisfaction and higher life-time value.
Symplify’s CEO Robert Kimber said: “Finnplay is a forward-thinking iGaming platform provider with an impressive portfolio of clients and we cannot wait to implement our software. Our cloud solution has been designed to truly understand individual preferences to optimise customer communications.”
Finnplay’s Managing Director, Jaakko Soininen followed: “Symplify’s CRM ecosystem software will fit seamlessly into our platform where it will play an important role in helping our partners optimise core marketing requirements. We’re sure this will be a very positive venture for us and our expanding list of top tier operators.”
