The return of The Bear: RAMZES666 is a new Virtus.pro carry
Sometimes they return: Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev takes his place in the bear den as he rejoins Virtus.pro Dota 2 roster to play carry for the team. We welcome not a cub, but a Bear!
Club’s comment:
“RAMZES666 is an iconic figure for our region. His arrival to Virtus.pro marked the renaissance of the CIS Dota six years ago. He had been playing a big part in our club’s success in the following years.
When he first joined the club, he was but a promising young prodigy, whereas now he’s a legendary carry, capable of performing at the highest level. His experience, talent, and high individual level made him the most obvious candidate for our team. And we’re ready to meet the expectations of the fans and include him to our roster.”
Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev:
“VP is my home, the one I have a lot of good memories with. We have achieved a lot together, and now it’s time to make a new story. I have had a chance to meet the guys from the current roster and we got along pretty well. We are all eager to play and win. Stay tuned and follow our games!”
Roman already was a Virtus.pro player back in 2016-2019. With VP he reached 9 Major finals, 5 of which he’s won, and also played at 3 TIs. Three years in the squad that was later named “The Golden roster” allowed him to net approximately $1,5 million in prize money. On top of that, he was a frontman for several advertising campaigns, made it to Forbes “30 under 30” list and also was named one of the “12 Apostles of our time” by Esquire magazine.
Current Virtus.pro roster:
Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev;
Danil “gpk~” Skutin;
Dmitry “DM” Dorokhin;
Daniyal “yamich” Lazebnyy;
Egor “Xakoda” Lipartiya.
