Ibex.Ai to offer free trial of its CRM tools
Success with current partners proves AI-powered functionality outperforms standard systems
Artificial Intelligence expert Ibex.ai is to offer its next generation CRM services to iGaming operators on a free trial requiring no integration to prove they outperform existing tools.
The innovative supplier’s ‘self-driving’ system has fundamentally changed the way retention works by introducing far higher levels of automisation and personalisation to player-focused campaigns.
Following initial success with brands including Casimba, Grand Ivy Casinos, Dream Vegas and many more, operators are now being offered the chance to run it for three months alongside their current supplier.
Thanks to deep learning algorithms built especially for iGaming, Ibex judges each individual player rather than segmenting them. Most current systems look into the performance of single campaigns without including comparable levels of detail, before making automated decisions.
Alternatively, Ibex’s personalisation method increases profitability, as artificial intelligence targets players at the most opportune moment, making a profit and loss calculation for each individual customer.
The optimised and automated communication and campaigns result in an increase in the retention rate of players and slash affiliate, bonus, payment and communication costs for the operator.
And Thomas Aigner, Head of Business Development at Ibex.Ai is confident the tools will allow brands even with small teams to scale quickly, as well as increasing profits and marketing effectiveness.
He added: “The development of new technologies gives brands the opportunity to revolutionise how they handle their optimisation strategies- and Ibex.ai is at the cutting edge of this innovation.
“Our ‘self-driving system makes decisions based on a full player P&L and we are confident that we can offer the highest possible level of personalisation and automation in the industry.
“We are excited about delivering this powerful product to more operators in order to recreate the successes we have already seen through our partners.
Ibex.AI aims to assist companies by automating the process, freeing up time for CRM teams to work more creatively on brand management. The system also helps start-ups without the budget for their own CRM team, as well as brands looking to enter new markets, with machine learning now proving an invaluable asset to retention teams.
Ibex.Ai will be represented at next month’s iGB Live! event in Amsterdam, where they look forward to providing potential operator partners with demonstrable results.
