Heath Cram Leaves Flutter to Join 4Poker as COO
Heath Cram has joined start-up 4Poker as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The 15-plus-year industry veteran will take up his new role effective immediately following his departure from Flutter Entertainment where he served as Senior Director of Operations for its International division.
The experience he acquired there will likely serve him well at 4Poker, where he will be responsible for the overall commercial operations and strategy of the business.
Cram also boasts a lengthy tenure at PokerStars, where he most recently served as Director of Operations for Product and Programme.
His career there began in 2006 and, despite a brief period between 2016 and 2017 when he worked for data company Sportradar, continued until he joined Flutter in 2019.
In his time at PokerStars, Cram held various leadership roles, including BetStars Acting MD and Director of Sports Business Development and Operations.
Cram was excited to tackle a new role, remarking: “It was hard to resist the contagious passion and energy of the 4Poker team.
“I’m really excited to be joining such a focused team of poker players creating a new platform for players and being part of what is shaping up to be the second online poker boom.”
Cram has been tasked with guiding 4Poker’s so-called “strategic vision” ahead of its debut. The start-up is planning a soft launch to some invited guests, trialling the product through Q4.
“I’ve always loved poker, so mixing that with the excitement of a start-up, I’m very much looking forward to this opportunity,” concluded Cram.
