EXCEL ESPORTS ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH WELLNESS BRAND BIOFLOW
British competitive gaming culture brand EXCEL ESPORTS is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Bioflow, the world’s leading magnetic wellness brand. Bioflow’s comfortable and therapeutic wristbands will assist with the injury prevention and recovery of EXCEL’s professional players after competitions and long training sessions, enhancing their well-being and their ability to perform at peak performance.
Established in 1991, Bioflow has more than three decades in the wellness space supporting athletes across multiple disciplines. Some of the professional athletes Bioflow has worked with in the past include professional England cricketer Jonny Bairstow, former world number one golfer Lee Westwood, as well as recent U.S Women’s Open winner Minjee Lee.
Bioflow has now turned its attention to the esports industry with their sport wristband, which is a great fit for gamers and professional players. Introducing magnetic therapy into gaming, the wristband uses the same magnetic technology as other Bioflow products, featuring a multidirectional force known as Central Reverse Polarity. This helps to increase blood flow and cellular activity to accelerate the recovery of prevalent musculoskeletal pains in the hands, neck, and back that are all experienced by more than a third of esports athletes.
“With musculoskeletal injuries being such a widespread concern amongst esports players, Bioflow can make a real impact on our player’s physical health” said Mark Carter, Commercial Director, EXCEL ESPORTS. “Bioflow’s game-changing products will enable our players to recover more swiftly, which will help to maximise training and competition time at major events”v
Richard Corsie, Managing Director, Bioflow said “We’re delighted to partner with EXCEL and bring magnetic therapy into gaming. Our wristbands are worn by professional athletes worldwide to help them perform at a higher level so we feel that Bioflow is a natural fit for the competitive esports community. We look forward to working with an exceptionally talented team that trusts in the benefits of our products and engaging with the wider gaming market.”
