The NBA 2K eSports league is a business collaboration between the National Basketball Association (NBA) and an American video game holding company called Take-Two Interactive. The two notable companies owned by Take-Two Interactive are  Rockstar Games and 2K.

NBA 2K is a pro esports league that sees the best NBA 2K players in the world competing against each other in an officially regulated eSports league. It also happens to be the first league of its kind to be run by a professional sports league in the United States.
