Abios Partners with GRID
Abios, a subsidiary of Kambi Group, has partnered with GRID to integrate official data from the GRID Data Platform into its esports odds feeds. This collaboration empowers Abios to offer accurate and real-time odds, which will be accessible to both existing and new partners within the Abios and Kambi network.
Through this partnership, GRID will provide essential game data assets to enhance the customer-facing brands within the Kambi partner network. The official data assets ensure high-speed updates, precision and detailed information crucial for esports betting products. Abios will have access to GRID’s diverse portfolio of leading esports titles, including CSGO, Dota2 and VALORANT.
By leveraging GRID’s official data, Abios will deliver automated and proprietary odds products, resulting in live markets with improved uptime and advanced automation in odds models. Real-time data availability enables Abios to expand its coverage and offer premium features such as same-game parlays, player propositions and flash markets. This comprehensive esports solution enriches the betting experience for both esports enthusiasts and sportsbooks within and beyond the Kambi network.
GRID exclusively sources data from official partners, boasting collaborations with over 90 rights holders, including Riot Games, KRAFTON, WePlay Studios and PGL. Additionally, GRID offers in-house integrity services and proprietary modeling capabilities through the GRID Data Platform. Abios will gain access to these resources, empowering their data-driven esports odds models and flexible technology.
The partnership between GRID and Abios marks a significant milestone in the iGaming industry, further advancing the esports betting landscape. The combination of GRID’s official data and Abios’ expertise in odds creation and technology ensures a cutting-edge solution for esports betting, providing reliable and engaging experiences for both operators and esports enthusiasts alike.
“Working with official esports data industry leaders is essential to unlocking the full potential of the esports betting market. The real-time data provided by GRID is crucial to be able to build and offer cutting edge products. The best end user experiences and most competitive products will be built on official data and as such we at Abios and Kambi look forward to building on top of the GRID portfolio,” Oskar Fröberg, Founder and CEO of Abios, said.
“We are looking forward to integrating our official data into the Kambi’s ecosystem and support their offering with the GRID’s data feeds, esports-specialized technology and integrity services. The unique value coming from the scale of Kambi’s network, visionary approach, and the Abios’ products capabilities have been continuously impressing us at GRID, and we are committed to ensure their products can thrive powered by GRID data,” Mikael Westerling, Chief Sales Officer at GRID, said.
