Regal take Supplier of the Year crown at Stonegate Annual Awards

Stonegate Group, the UK’s largest pub company with over 4,500 sites has named Regal Gaming Technologies as its Supplier of the Year in the company’s ‘We Have Fun’ Category.
Part of the MERKUR UK family of brands, Regal beat-off the challenge of numerous suppliers thanks to what Pauline Bass, Stonegate’s Director of Customer and Guest Experience described as an ‘amazing performance, innovative spirit and great teamwork alongside Stonegate colleagues.’
Announcing the Award Pauline Bass stated: “Regal Gaming Technologies nailed an 8 percent year-over-year growth year-to-date, beating their nearest competitor by 5 percent. They also boosted the premium to standard digital mix by 22 percent, setting new trends in the industry.
“By working hand in hand, they showed how dedicated they are to creating tailored solutions and growing together. This dynamic partnership and their stellar achievements made Regal Gaming Technologies the obvious choice for this award”.
This is the second time in three years that Regal has won Gold at the Stonegate Supplier Awards as Matt Bicknell, Managing Director Operations confirmed. He stated: “To win an award for the second time in three years is on its own a fantastic achievement, however this most recent accolade best captures what Regal stands for and what I am immensely proud of.
“The ‘We Have Fun’ award recognises our continued investment in the very best cabinets, the very best content and the delivery of business-critical insight generated by our fully-connected reporting systems. However, and most significantly, it also recognises Regal’s ‘can do’ culture combined with the ability to bring some fun to the working environment.
“This award is dedicated to the entire team at Regal Gaming Technologies for its dedication, its professionalism and its commitment to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers and business partners.”
Regal’s 2023 capital investment programme comprised £24m on the latest AWPs, £2m on new dual payment pool tables and over £250,000 securing the latest digital jukeboxes.
