Compliance Updates
Timeline for Re-Opening of CGA Online Portal

Following the passage of the National Ordinance for Games of Chance (LOK) on 24 December 2024, the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) temporarily closed its online portal for new applications.
This interim measure was necessary to facilitate the transition from the application format and requirements under the previous legislation (NOOGH) to the updated framework established by the LOK.
The CGA is actively working on revising and updating the necessary application documents, including the personal history disclosure form (PHDF), online gaming application form, business corporate information form and additional documentation specifically requisite to
reflect the LOK requirements. These new and updated forms are expected to be available by the end of February 2025.
The online portal will reopen in mid-March 2025 for B2C applications, with B2B applications in May/June 2025 subject to testing labs accreditation.
