Gambling.com Group restructures its board of functionaries
Gambling.com Group, the fast growing portfolio of online casino portals restructured its board by bringing on new functionaries like Susan Ball and Pär Sundberg who will assume as independent, non-executive directors and propel further initiatives of the company.
In addition, they also confirmed the assigning of Mark Blandford’s as the company’s Chairman.
Ball who currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Kambi Group, precedingly led the initial public offering at Unibet Group on Nasdaq OMX First North as Chief Financial Officer. Going forward, Ball will chair the audit committee at Gambling.com, while Sundberg will head up the remuneration committee.
Sundberg co-founded Swedish content marketing services provider OTW and was the President of the company from its inception in 1996 until 2009. At present, Sundberg is Executive Chairman of the Brand New Content group and also the Chairman of Näslund & Jonsson Import AB.
With regard to the consecutive appointments, Gambling.com confirmed the stepping down of Gerard Hall and Kevin McCrystle from the post of directors.
