Racing Post B2B continues to expand with five new appointments

Thursday 19th April – Racing Post has grown its B2B and Commercial team by adding five key experienced recruits to ensure it maintains its high levels of customer service and delivery across the industry.
John Matthews joins as the new Head of Digital B2B, Caroline Bourke as Key Partnerships Manager, Darren Hale as New Business Manager and Daniel Smith and Jay Dilger as Account Managers. With the addition of five new staff, the team is now over 20 and continues to expand in line with the growth in B2B at Racing Post.
John Matthews joins Racing Post from the international broadcaster beIN SPORTS where he created their global B2C products and content distribution platform. Before beIN, John drove digital product development at Perform for several years.
Caroline Bourke has a wealth of industry knowledge after spending five years at TurfTV. Caroline worked her way up to account management being responsible for over 250+ independent bookmakers.
Darren Hale has a wide range of experience in multiple sales roles and joins Racing Post from a B2B publishing company where he was a sales manager providing solutions across multiple platforms.
Daniel Smith and Jay Dilger have both stepped into roles as Account Managers coming from different backgrounds but still heavily sales focused.
Daniel joins Racing Post from BT, having been part of their graduate scheme which gave him vital experience across a wide range of commercial areas.
Jay was already with the Racing Post in a Sales Executive role for its Irish division before being promoted to Account Manager.
