Commenting on the presentation that he will give on the 18th of July, Fried reiterated that that as BtoBet’s latest Industry Report “AI: The President and the Future of iGaming” indicates, Artificial Intelligence must be seen as a tool that not only assists and takes a lot of burden off the operators’ shoulders in terms of the day to day operations, but also provides the player with a more holistic gambling experience. Having said that, Fried however maintained that AI is here to stay, providing operators with the opportunity to not only increase the reach and popularity of online gambling, but also serving as a tool that would in turn guarantee better gambling opportunities for the players themselves.
