Bacta focuses on future with new wesbite

As part of their commitment to transparency and meeting the needs of the fast-paced industry within which its members work, bacta has this summer launched its new website.
Bacta Chief Executive John White, explained: “The new website reflects how far bacta has come as a trade association and with its intuitive functionality and new resources it also highlights our aim to continue growing and developing in line with industry needs.”
“Our approach was to create a new hub for our members which was modern and welcoming whilst providing the most up-to-date information and support across the many sectors we cover,” he continued. “The new Members Area is an unrivalled operator resource which will provide the answers to pretty much any query from Anti Money Laundering or Licensing through to TiTo Guidelines and illegal machine queries. Our Members Area also provides easy to find links to bacta toolkits and a growing number of resources which we will update on a regular basis. What the public will see is a modern industry reflected through its trade body’s website.”
The new website, which was developed by GB Media, was designed off the back of member and stakeholder feedback. Commenting on the future of the website, White said: “The goal is for this website to support the more publicised nature of what bacta are doing whilst not losing sight of our members and their needs. For example, the bacta shop is a growing tool where operators can instantly order from our full range of products. It reflects our desire to keep the site up-to-date for everyone invested in the industry. On the flip side, for our committee members we have created a new resource to ensure all papers for the committee are permanently stored on the site whilst also providing an ongoing resource for current and future colleagues.”
