Kindred Group winners at Women in Gaming Diversity Awards 2019

Kindred Group’s Chief Experience Officer, Britt Boeskov, has been recognised for her ‘Outstanding Contribution’ to the gaming industry at the annual Women in Gaming Diversity Awards held at the Savoy Hotel, London. The award is given to an individual who has been influential and has significantly contributed to making a visible difference within the gaming industry.
In addition, Ina Macaria, Player Safety Investigations Team Leader at Kindred, won the ‘Star of the Future’ award, recognising a woman within the gaming industry whose energy, ambition and generosity of spirit represents the positive future of the gambling industry.
The WiG Diversity Awards recognises excellence in promoting diversity and inclusion within the gaming industry. 2019 marked the tenth year of the awards, and they carry particular importance as the gaming industry competes for talent with other sectors and works to overcome the perception of being a male dominant industry.
“I am delighted that Britt and Ina have been recognised for their outstanding work. We are privileged to have many talented women leading teams at Kindred and making a massive contribution to our business and wider industry’, says Henrik Tjärnstrom, CEO of Kindred.
“I’m honoured to have received this award. And I am thrilled that my colleague Ina Macaria was also recognised as a future star. Kindred has a supportive & diverse culture that enables us all to be better together”, says Britt Boeskov, Chief Experience Officer Kindred.
