ComeOn partners with neccton to ensure player safety
ComeOn has been working together with neccton to customize a responsible gaming tool based on AI. The tool is a player tracking, and personalized feedback & communication system. It makes use of the latest technology to detect changes in behavior, risk patterns and signs of problem gambling in order to give user-friendly feedback about this to players as well as player monitoring staff. The communication is based on the principles of Motivational Interviewing, a method with widespread support for its effectiveness in eliciting change in problem gambling behavior.
“At ComeOn, we are convinced that gaming services can be delivered in a safe and sustainable way. Providing the right conditions and incentives for players to gamble responsibly is part of how we take care of our customers and ensure the safe and high-quality service we want to offer them”, says Helena Berg, Responsible Gaming Manager at ComeOn.
“We are happy that ComeOn has chosen neccton as their partner to help ensure player safety to their customers. Using modern technology to analyze player behavior, detect risk signals and in a user-friendly way inform the players is a great method that has proven to be successful modifying player behavior” says Dr. Michael Auer, Director at neccton.
About neccton
neccton specializes in data science and communication solutions and has developed the tool in cooperation with leading academics in the field. Dr. Michael Auer describes the system as a state of the art communication solution based on psychological research, facilitated by AI algorithms and Big Data technology.
