American Gaming Association Hosts Get To Know Gaming Event at MGM National Harbor to Kick Off Responsible Gaming Education Week
Discussion will focus on the positive impact the gaming industry has on Maryland communities with a focus on the industry’s commitment to responsibility

As a part of its national Get to Know Gaming campaign, the American Gaming Association (AGA) will host a panel with regional gaming representatives, area community leaders and elected officials, and responsible gaming experts in a wide-ranging discussion on how Maryland gaming operators support responsible gaming and local communities.
The discussion will highlight the release of AGA’s Casino and Communities: Maryland research report, a look at how Maryland gaming operators invest in their communities and provide opportunities for economic development across the state.
The event kicks off Responsible Gaming Education Week, taking place Sept. 15-21, and will feature Maryland leaders offering perspectives on programming and resources to address and promote responsible gaming in the state.
The panel discussion will begin at 9 a.m. ET.
