Leading bookmakers sign up with SIS to stream Saudi Cup
World’s most valuable horse race to be broadcast through supplier’s services
SIS (Sports Information Services), the leading multi-channel supplier of 24/7 betting services, has agreed a deal with a number of leading bookmakers to distribute live pictures and data from this month’s Saudi Cup – the world’s richest horse race.
Bet365, Betfred, Ladbrokes Coral, Paddy Power Betfair, Phumelela Gaming and Unibet are among the operators to have secured the rights to stream the Saudi Cup via SIS’s retail and online services.
Following the recent agreement made between SIS and the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia, customers of these bookmakers will have access to live streams of the full two days of horse racing at the King Abdulaziz Racetrack in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with Kingdom Day taking place on February 28 and Saudi Cup Day following on February 29. Saudi Cup Day features the Saudi Cup race itself – known as the world’s most valuable horse race thanks to its $20 million prize fund and the $10 million cheque handed out to the winner.
The Saudi Cup further enhances SIS’s market-leading portfolio of international horse racing, which also includes racing from the UK and Ireland, Australia, Dubai, Latin America, Mauritius and South Korea among others.
Paul Witten, Product Director at SIS, said: “We are delighted to have partnered with a number of leading bookmakers to provide their customers with live pictures and data, online and in-shop, from the world’s richest horse race.
“The Saudi Cup is set to be a fantastic event and will help to drive both increased engagement and revenues for our operator partners worldwide.”
