GiG Data partners with Qlik to strengthen Business Intelligence

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has renewed its partnership with business intelligence provider Qlik Tech International. This partnership allows GiG to offer enhanced business intelligence (BI) through its real-time data platform GiG Data.
GiG’s next-generation, scalable data platform is designed to respond to the critical data needs of operators by providing a real-time, compliant, secure and self-serving platform. GiG’s data platform can be integrated with its player account management platform, or with any third-party solution. The introduction of enhanced data visualization will enable GiG’s partners to visually analyse their real-time data insights via the self-serve dashboard.
GiG carried out extensive research into data visualization tools, ranging from open source to off the shelf options to ensure the selection would best serve its partner’s data needs. Qlik was selected based on its simple interactive dashboard delivery and straight forward process of securely embedding into GiG’s platform.
Qlik’s solutions complement GiG’s data platform by enhancing user-driven self-service business intelligence, which enables operators to make better decisions and to create a data-driven iGaming business.
Chris Armes, Chief Information Officer, GiG: “We are happy to have partnered with Qlik for the data visualization for our data platform. In the selection process, it was evident that Qlik mirrors GiG’s commitment to data excellence, the collaboration allows us to best serve our partners business intelligence needs.’’
Rosagrazia Bombini, Area Vice President OEM EMEA at Qlik, comments: “Gaming Innovation Group has been providing innovative iGaming solutions to their customers for a number of years. We are pleased that GIG has chosen to partner with Qlik to embed Qlik Sense® into their next-generation data platform so it provides actionable real-time insights and thus enables GIG’s customer to make critical business decisions that are truly data-driven.”
