Dignitas Signs Partnership Agreement with QNTMPAY

Dignitas, the esports arm of New Meta Entertainment, Inc. (NME), has inked a new partnership agreement with QNTMPAY, a new-age global digital bank.
As per the contract, QNTMPAY will act as the Official Digital Banking Partner of Dignitas. This is the first time the digital bank, which aims to dismantle the rough edges of traditional banking, makes an entry into the professional gaming industry.
Dignitas’ League of Legends teams will be renamed. The League Championship Series (LCS) team will be known as ‘Dignitas QNTMPAY’ and the LCS Academy team will be called ‘DIG QNTM Academy’. The team jerseys will also bear QNTMPAY branding.
Furthermore, QNTMPAY and Dignitas will initiate solutions to some of the existing problems in the financial side of egaming, such as unnecessary costs and inefficiencies of traditional banking by providing innovative tools such as payment curation, transparency around savings, and multi-currency wallets.
Adam Pearsall, Founder of QNTMPAY, said:
“We are excited to build a meaningful relationship with Dignitas and the esports community nearing half a billion fans globally. QNTMPAY is a digital bank built for experiences, and this partnership with Dignitas allows us to offer our customers those that are world-class. We look forward to launching our offering this summer, setting the benchmark for the future of esports and digital banking.”
Michael Prindiville, CEO of New Meta Entertainment, Inc. and Dignitas, said:
“Dignitas and QNTMPAY share the same motivation for innovation and technology, making our partnership the perfect pairing to elevate our League of Legends teams. It’s our honour to welcome QNTMPAY, a bank built for the people, into our organization which aims to be the team that fights for and represents all.”
