Malta Gaming Authority Publishes Directive on the Calculation of Compliance Contribution

The Malta Gaming Authority hereby notifies its licensees and the general public that in pursuant to article 7(2) of the new Gaming Act (Cap. 583 of the Laws of Malta), it is issuing the Directive on the Calculation of Compliance Contribution (found here) as a binding instrument in order to clarify the manner in which applicable fees are calculated in terms of the Gaming Licence Fees Regulations.
This Directive is applicable as of the date of entry into force of the Gaming Licence Fees Regulations.
