Totolotek to sponsor Polish volleyball champions
In its continuing support of the Polish sport, bookmaker Totolotek has announced the sponsorship of PGE Skra Bełchatów, the current Polish volleyball champion. The company also extended the sponsorship of the basketball section of Legia Warszawa.
Totolotek is also the official partner of the Polish Cup and has been the sponsor of the Lechia Gdańsk football team for over four years. The bookmaker announced an information last week regarding extension of the contract with the basketball section of Legia Warszawa. Next season will be the third in which Totolotek will support the Warsaw club.
The next Polish champion in volleyball, PGE Skra Bełchatów, joined the group of teams financially supported by Totolotek. For the bookmaker, it is the first sponsorship deal with a volleyball club. PGE Skra Bełchatów is a nine-time Polish champion. In addition, the team has won seven triumphs in the Polish Cup and three wins in the Polish Super Cup, which makes it the most titled volleyball club of the 21st century in Poland.
“As the President of PGE Skra, I am very happy to establish cooperation with Totolotek, which is the longest-running legal betting operator. I hope that the supporters of our team will also be satisfied and thanks to our new sponsor, they will be able to experience the volleyball emotions associated with PGE Skra even more. We are hoping for a fruitful cooperation and mutual benefits.” – stated Konrad Piechocki, the president of the board at KPS Skra Bełchatów.
Sports sponsorship plays a big role in building the Totolotek brand. The company is known for the fact that it has been supporting the development of Polish sport for years.
“Bookmaker companies are an important partner of sports clubs around the world. In Totolotek, supporting Polish sport is an important element of our policy. We are happy that thanks to us, the teams can grow. We approach each of the sponsored teams individually and make sure that the sponsorship brings benefits not only to the teams themselves, but also to the fans. That is why we organise various types of promotions and actions that enhance sports events and raise the level of emotions among fans.” – commented Mariusz Rzeczkowski, marketing director at Totolotek.
