Gauselmann Group’s Merkur Arcades Voted as “Most Popular Venues” in Germany

Merkur Casino arcades of the Gauselmann Group have been named “Germany’s most popular venues” by the Focus Money magazine.

A survey carried out on behalf of the magazine by Deutschland Test and the Cologne-based analysis and consulting company Service-Value, also awarded the operating company with “very good” accolades for the best range of games, best staff, highest level of reliability, best service and best ambience.

“As the market leader in Germany, the top position is of course our target. It is wonderful that the players see it that way and have given us such an excellent rating. The tireless commitment and enthusiasm of our employees ensure that our guests feel comfortable with us every day,” Paul Gauselmann, CEO of Gauselmann Group, said.
