Automatic, real-time ‘Popular Now’ Trending Bet suggestions delivered by NowBetNow
Automated content specialist NowBetNow has gone live this week with its new Trending Bets offering for its first wave of operator customers. After extensive beta testing with selected customers through this summer running right through EURO 2022, bet volumes, value and customer engagement all saw measurable increases for the company’s sports betting operator customers trialling the new offering.
NowBetNow’s new automatic web, in-app and CRM widget displays what an operator’s customers are betting on right now and in real-time. Bettors see the most popular events, markets and prices and can click to add selections to their own betslip. The NowBetNow widget is available for multiple gaming platforms and removes the need for an operator to wait in line to be added to their betting platform provider’s roadmap.
Simple configuration determines which trending bets are shown. For example, operators can choose price ranges, decide to display combos, singles, or both; as well as showing bets for specific games, sports or leagues. Thousands of permutations are possible, both pre-match and in-play and need no work by the operator to display or update.
In line with all NowBetNow content, the Trending Bets widget is personalised and driven by customer data and betting patterns; ensuring that bettors see dynamic trending bets for the sports, teams, games and markets they prefer. Several NowBetNow customers are now fully live with the new widget on-site, in-app and in their CRM messaging.
Stewart Vassie, Co-founder of NowBetNow, explained:
“It’s great to see this new capability out there. Operators want this content because it shows dynamic, clickable, popular bets right now. It’s a great way to provide compelling bet suggestions that engage the customer and keep their attention.”
