Fortuna Entertainment Group partners with Enteractive to start reactivation activity in Romania

Enteractive will bring back lapsed players for Casa Pariurilor
Enteractive, specialist in iGaming player retention and reactivation, has announced a partnership with Fortuna Entertainment Group, a leading operator in the gaming and betting industry in Central Europe.
Two Fortuna brands, both popular in Romania, will benefit from Enteractive’s reactivation and NRC campaigns; Fortuna and Casa Pariurilor. The latter will start the campaigns later in 2021.
Fortuna is impressed with Enteractive’s proprietary tech (Re)Activation Cloud platform, which provides a seamless and easy integration of player databases and allows Enteractive’s native-speaking agents to approach players in a more personalised way.
Alexandru Tarog, Head of Marketing at Fortuna, commented: “We’re keen to see how Enteractive’s expertise can bring back players that are otherwise hard to reach, and how this will affect our business in the long-term. We see loyalty and retention as key factors in improving bottom line revenues.”
Enteractive has more than twelve years experience in player reactivation, and is in the top four revenue generators globally for the iGaming sector.
Andrew Foster, CBO at Enteractive, commented: “Retention and reactivation are two essential terms for the iGaming industry, and many operators in this sector are seeing benefits in paying more attention to this. We’re excited to be working with such big brands in this emerging market, and to bring back churned players for Fortuna and Casa Pariurilor.”
Enteractive’s personalised, responsible approach, ease of integration and solid ROI for clients sets them apart from other conversion or reactivation offerings, adding value to the players’ brand experience with each and every call. Working with iGaming brands across the globe, Enteractive currently reactivates more than 13,000 players every month for a variety of leading operators.
