GeWeTe expands in Germany and abroad – CEO Aristidis Tsikouras welcomes five new GeWeTe’s employees

Whether cash, debit or credit card or online – payment options are becoming increasingly diverse. This at the same time goes hand in hand with a steadily growing need for flexible money management. This is the area of expertise of GeWeTe Geldwechsel- und Sicherheitstechnik GmbH (GeWeTe). Rising demand is confirmation of the popularity enjoyed by the Gauselmann subsidiary’s automated pay stations, money-changing and payment systems both at home and abroad. In order to meet this demand, GeWeTe has added five new staff members to its payroll as of the beginning of the year.
“Our new colleagues are deployed at our offices in the UK, Spain and Germany, where they are working in the fields of technology, sales and quality assurance. We are delighted to have been able to win the five for our company,” explained GeWeTe CEO Aristidis Tsikouras, who personally welcomed the new team members during an induction week at the company’s headquarters in Mechernich, Germany.
In the UK, Tony Spalding and Bobby A. are strengthening the GeWeTe technical support team as technical support engineers, while Steve Matthews is supporting sales in the position of account manager. This expansion is a response to the rising sales figures on the UK market and will continue to guarantee customers the best possible support.
To reinforce the sales team in Spain, GeWeTe has been fortunate in winning Pablo Barbeito Vilariño from northern Spain. In Mechernich, the company is expanding its capacities in quality assurance with Cvetanka Vitanova, which will allow it to focus on new assignments and projects in this area.
