Vexed Gaming Acquires Mock-it Esports

Vexed Gaming has finalised the acquisition of North American esports organisation Mock-it Esports.
All Mock-it operations and branding will cease to exist and will be absorbed into Vexed Gaming ecosystem.
“We are delighted to conclude this deal and secure a new strategic North American acquisition that will allow us to capitalize on the historic work done by the Mock-it team. We look forward to welcoming Mock-it’s fans and giving them many years of exciting gameplay under the Vexed banner. We also can’t wait to reignite the community events that helped put Mock-It on the map and look forward to seeing you in Discord soon as we build a space for amazing underserved communities,” Sonny Waheed, CEO of Vexed Gaming, said.
As part of this acquisition, Vexed has also acquired and agreed terms with Mock-it’s highly competitive EU based Halo Infinite roster, that will play under the Vexed banner for future tournaments.
“It’s with great pleasure that we make our return to Halo, picking up in Infinite where we left off in Halo 5, as one of the leading British rosters in the European scene. I am very excited to work alongside this roster, offering the strong support structure we have built over the past 6 years at Vexed Gaming to allow the roster to thrive and go toe to toe with the American HCS Scene,” Mark Weller, Chief Gaming Officer at Vexed Gaming, said.
