Gamingtec Sportsbook Director Attended Betting on Sports Tech Table
Nicky Ershadi, Sportsbook Director of Gamingtec, took part in Betting on Sports Tech Tables on Thursday, September 19. The discussion was focused on the important points of sports betting: user authentication, cash out, user experience, lotteries, and trading. Gamingtec representative was talking about specific features of a sportsbook platform.
The Tech Table brought together speakers from Miracl, Pinnacle, Prophet, Mkodo, and Sportsbook Training Services. The discussion was informal and lively, all participants of the roundtable had their own platforms and shared their experience about the teething issues which a platform can have, such as slow front end, wrong settlements, or less flexibility.
“The roundtable settings were more informal than the main talks. They provided a relaxed session in which I talked about platforms as a whole along with some of my experiences over the years I have had in the industry so far. There were two CTO’s at the Tech Table and it was very beneficial for me to hear their thoughts on how platforms affect their businesses and how to avoid some of the same issues they have had in the past,” – said Nicky Ershadi.
The speaker told about the difficulties that Gamingtec faced migrating from the other`s provider platform (Omega) to its own one (Gogo) and the ways how the company overcame them. “The platform any business would be built on and expanded with, is vital and so you need solutions which suit your individual needs. We want to be in control of our own destiny as a company and so migrating to a new platform will be vital to our success in the future,” – added Nicky.
Betting on Sports and Casino Beats Summit brought together more than 350 key speakers in London this year. Gamingtec was among the sponsors and participated in a panel discussion “The Search for Innovation in Gaming”, as well. Sapar Karyagdyyev, CEO of Gamingtec, was talking about Future of iGaming industry there.
“I found the conference in general very useful. Some of the talks were extremely helpful and eye-opening and I was pleased to be in attendance. The conference had a very good quality of attendees, many top-level members of staff were present and it was great to be able to speak to so many of them in one place,” – shared a feedback Gamingtec Sportsbook Director.
