Regal welcome Clive Barrett as Customer Services and Sales Director
Regal Gaming, part of the Gauselmann Group’s portfolio of leading UK-facing brands, has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Clive Barrett to the post of Customer Services and Sales Director, with responsibility for both Regal Gaming and sister company Merkur Engineering. Clive joined Merkur Engineering in April 2018 prior to assuming his new post in summer 2019. An experienced industry professional, he has worked across the gaming sector representing organisations including Maygay, Astra Games, FatSpanner, Entnet and Live 5 Gaming.
Expanding on his new position, he said: “Regal Gaming is one of the UK industry’s best known brands and I am delighted to be part of the team responsible for helping to implement the growth strategy across the Pub, Bingo and AGC sectors. Customer services and sales are inextricably linked and my objective and that of my vastly experienced and highly motivated team is to deliver industry leading, commercially viable, sustainable offerings tailored to meet the specific needs of each sector. It’s an incredibly exciting time to be a part of the business as we harness the opportunities provided by digital gaming and I am relishing the challenges of operating in what is a dynamic market.”
Craig Morgan, Managing Director, Regal Gaming and Leisure, added: “ Last year we succeeded in retaining 100 percent of our supply contracts a fantastic achievement which has provided us with a great foundation from which to grow the business both in terms of size and the group’s return on investment. The customer services role is pivotal to achieving the goals we have set for the business and I’m delighted to welcome Clive to the senior team. He brings great experience and professionalism heading-up a department that listens to the needs of its customers resulting in the delivery of a bespoke, personalised and targeted service.”
