LOTTO.pl Becomes the Official Partner of Polish Esport League

Olgierd Cieślik, President of Totalizator Sportowy Management Board which owns the LOTTO brand, and the organisers of the Polish Esport League have announced the beginning of cooperation for the entire year 2019.
Information about the support of the greatest patron of Polish sport was announced during Game Jam Square, an event organised by the Agency for Industrial Development and ARP Games, where the Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki was also present.
“The entry of Totalizator Sportowy and the LOTTO brand into the Polish Esport League as well as all other company initiatives related to Polish gaming are the best proof that we look at cooperation with the e-sport environment as a long-term action, bearing in mind the standards of safe and responsible entertainment. Our interest in the gaming market is, among other things, the effect of another dynamic phase of development that the company is undergoing recently. Nowadays, it is possible to play online in the most popular LOTTO games on the Polish market. We are the greatest patron of Polish sport, we also want to be perceived by players as the greatest patron of Polish e-sport,” said Olgierd Cieślik.
“This is my next meeting with the gaming industry and I am full of admiration for what creative programming teams are able to come up with. We are currently in the growth phase when it comes to the computer games industry. We try as a government to support in various possible ways such issues as gaming parties, e-sports, hackathons or events such as Game Jam Square. It’s a great way to promote culture and great Polish history. What was beautiful among the teams with whom I had to talk was interdisciplinary. In what would we outrun the west, if not in the gaming or e-sport industry, which in a beautiful way combines sport with relaxation, entertainment with culture, but also Poland with foreign countries. I am very grateful to all young people and enthusiasts that they are building a creative industry of the future,” said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.
