Tatiana Davydova joined Parimatch as Chief HR Officer in 2019. Tatiana is responsible for hiring, employee engagement, and development, promotions, HR policies, and procedures.
During her first six months with Parimatch, Tatiana restructured the HR department into distinct units including the center of expertise, the HRBP function and the center of innovation, which focuses on optimization and automation.
Tatiana has been responsible for the launch of an employee handbook, aligning all policies and procedures, launching the corporate website, automating recruitment, introducing a bonus policy and a centralized HR Information System.
Tatiana has also reviewed and updated policies for onboarding, employee surveys, annual leave, and performance evaluation.
Prior to Parimatch, Tatiana worked for 15 years as an HR officer in an IT company. In her previous role, Tatiana was Head of Global HR in one of the largest international software development companies for gambling – Playtech. She was responsible for approximately 6,500 employees, following the takeover of Snaitech in 2018.
Tatiana has a Master’s degree in Rocket Science, specializing in Power Plants for Spacecraft. She loves paragliding but unfortunately has had little time to devote to this over the past five years. Her current projects including building a motorboat and a summer house.

Wazdan picks up six nominations at the BSG Awards 2023
Wazdan, the innovative games provider, has made it to the voting phase of the BSG Awards 2023 in six categories, with the winners being announced over a three-day conference from the 15th to the 17th of May.
Taking place in Riga, Latvia, the ceremony marks an important event for the iGaming industry in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Wazdan retains a strong presence in the region, being live and holding licenses in Denmark, Sweden, Latvia, and Lithuania.
Wazdan’s nominations for the awards include Best Online Casino Provider in the Nordics, Rising Star in Nordic Online Casino Technology, Best Slots Provider in the Nordics, Best Online Casino Provider in the Baltics, Best Slots Provider in the Baltics and Rising Star in Baltic Online Casino Technology.
This event follows the 2022 Awards which took place last May, where Wazdan took home the trophy for two categories: Best Slots Provider in the Baltics and Rising Star in Nordic Online Casino Technology.
The finalists for each category are decided by popular vote, which is open now and running until the 20th of March.

The international games industry meets in Hamburg – 500 guests at the Hamburg Games Conference 2023
Welcoming the games world on-site in Hamburg: 500 conference guests and 50 speakers traveled from 26 countries to the 14th Hamburg Games Conference on March 1 and 2. An additional 600 guests visited the conference’s expo area which was open to the public during the conference. Over the two days of the conference, a total of 17 presentations, 4 panel discussions, a workshop and a pitch competition were on the agenda. In the expo area of the conference, development studios and service providers presented themselves and their products to the professional audience. In the business area, conference guests arranged a total of more than 300 meetings via the matchmaking platform MeetToMatch and the get-together on the evening of the first conference day was used extensively for networking with the German and international games industry.
The focus topic of this year’s Hamburg Games Conference was “Invest in Games” – major M&A trends in the industry, portfolio strategies, practical insights from the sale of one’s own games company: the main track was all about the potentials of the international games markets, but also about the challenges studios face in winning investors and publishers for their own projects. In the second conference track, speakers additionally shared practical insights and knowledge from the areas of game development, start-up founding and financing.
