Sportal365 and Spotlight Sports Group agree new content deal

Sportal365 has announced it has partnered with Spotlight Sports Group to expand its sports content publishing platform. The global content specialists Spotlight Sports Group will now provide its expert independent betting content to Sportal365’s client base.

The bespoke editorial ensures customers are informed with high-quality content covering all sports and available in more than 70 languages. Spotlight Sports Group aims to keep Sportal365 customers up to date on breaking sports news as and when it happens. The content provided is bespoke to each client to ensure tone of voice consistency and enables the client to attract more customers.

Sportal365 is built on a stable state-of-the-art technology stack. Architected from the start to be on the cloud, the CMS is built for scale. The Spotlight content will be input directly to Sportal365’s CMS which means their clients can integrate the betting editorial directly to their sites.

Spotlight Sports Group head of digital Will Fyler spoke about the breadth in sports content the publisher is now providing and the benefits to integrating.

Fyler said: ‘We’ve really grown our bespoke editorial offering, covering all sports in more than 70 languages. It gives clients more choice and bettors more confidence to make informed betting decisions. Our independent analysis and bespoke editorial enriches sportsbooks and takes the sports betting experience that step further. We’re constantly looking to support betting partners with editorial content and with Sportal365’s unique CMS we will be able to offer them an additional competitive edge.’’

Sportal365’s CEO Stilian Shishkov echoed Fyler’s comments discussing the engagement expert editorial can bring.

Gaming Innovation Group has enabled its in-house proprietary responsible gaming services as part of its ambition to help improve player safety and to support creating a more sustainable gambling environment for its partners.

The new responsible gaming features will provide GiG’s partners Insights around early detection and end-to-end lifetime monitoring capabilities for players that are likely to be vulnerable. A number of actions can be tailored specifically to the partner’s needs based on these insights.

The new features will be enabled by default as part of GiG’s real-time data platform, GiG Data and will provide operators with visibility of those at risk allowing them to intervene with actions such as direct messages in real-time.

Mindway AI has announced the appointment of former director-general of the Danish Gambling Authority Birgitte Sand as a board member.

Being the previous director-general at the Danish Gambling Authority for 12 years, Birgitte Sand brings extensive experience with regulating the gambling industry. She was responsible for a gambling licensing regime covering both betting, online casino, land-based casinos, lotteries and gaming machines. Today, Birgitte Sand is the CEO and owner of Birgitte Sand & Associates ApS and provides expert advice to governments and the gambling industry.

With Birgitte Sand entering the board of directors, the regulatory perspective in Mindway AI’s ongoing pursuit to create a sustainable and safe gambling experience is strengthened.
