Stakelogic debuts Extreme Megaways
Reading Time: 2 minutes

Developer launches the most extreme Megaways slot to date with an eighth reel that delivers a range of thrilling bonuses to players

Stakelogic, the award-winning developer of player favourite classic slots and modern video slots, has taken big win potential to the next level with the launch of its latest blockbuster title, ExtremeTMMegawaysTM.

Not only does ExtremeTM MegawaysTM offer up to 117,649 ways to win with every spin, the slot has been packed with additional bonus features including Free Spins, Super StakeTM and an eighth reel that can deliver one of several bonuses for some truly extreme wins.

Free Spins are triggered when four, five or six Scatter symbols land on the reels awarding five, seven and ten Free Games respectively. A x2 Multiplier is awarded before the feature gets underway and increases by x1 for each win that lands and by x4 if the reels expand.

The Gamble Drop feature allows players to gamble their Free Spins with a maximum of 14 Free Games up for grabs. This feature is skipped if the player lands seven Scatters and unlocks the full ten Free Games. Free Spins have a max win of 50,000x the player’s original stake.

ExtremeTM MegawaysTM has an eighth reel that sits above the seventh MegawaysTM reel. There are five bonus symbols in the reel and when one of the symbols lands in the central section of the reel, the respective bonus will be awarded including:

Random Wilds – a random number of Wild symbols are added from reels two to six

Multiplier Wilds – two Multiplier Wild symbols are added from reels two to five

Destroyer – all regular symbols will be removed from reels one to six

Mystery – Random Mystery symbols are added from reels one to six and then convert into the same random symbol

Dropping Wilds – one of the reels between two and five is filled with Dropping Wilds

It would not be an ExtremeTM MegawaysTM slot if the features stopped there which is why Stakelogic has also hooked the game up to its innovative Super StakeTM feature. This allows players to double their bet to increase the chance of triggering one of the game’s bonus features.

In ExtremeTM MegwaysTM, this sees more Scatters added to the reels to improve the chance of Free Spins triggering. Players can also use the Buy the Bonus feature – in the markets where it is permitted – to enter the Free Spins bonus with five Free Games.

Finally, players can gamble their winnings by guessing the card colour or the card suit and if they guess correctly their win will be multiplied by x2 or x4 respectively.

Olga BajelaCCO of Stakelogic, said: “This is absolutely the most Extreme MegawaysTM slot to hit the market to date.

“Not only does it offer 117,649 ways to win with every spin, but we have packed the game with a trove of features that take the big win potential to the next level.

“The eighth bonus reel is spectacular, building anticipation as players wait to see what bonus might drop onto the reels at random.

“ExtremeTM MegawaysTM sets the standard for other MegawaysTM slots to follow and we look forward to seeing it go live with our operator partners.”

Operators and suppliers can develop their own multiplayer games and slots delivering new, social interactive experiences to their players for the first time

Black Cow Technology has launched a pioneering solution that allows operators and suppliers to develop and offer multiplayer online casino and slot games.

Black Cow’s Multiplayer Remote Game Server (RGS) is the only transactional multiplayer server in the industry, providing a major USP for the technology company and its partners.

The Multiplayer Server enables event-driven games where multiple players can interact and see events happening in real-time. True transactional community games can be developed on the platform, as well as games with timed and shared draws, and Crash Games.

Interactive multiplayer slot games are in development where small pods of players are assigned together in the base game. If one player hits the bonus, the other players join in and receive a share. This creates a shared experience and a strong sense of community around the game. In short, they play together and win together.

Of course, games can be hooked up to a range of bonus features including community jackpots, allowing operators and suppliers to leverage the huge demand for jackpot content.

Suppliers can create not only new multiplayer titles, but they can also retrofit existing blockbuster games to a multiplayer format.

Several top-flight game providers are already using Black Cow’s Multiplayer RGS to develop cutting-edge games that will hit the market later this year.

Multiplayer games are set to revolutionise the online casino space, bringing the social experience of playing on the casino floor to smartphones, tablets and desktops for the first time.

This has been an area of focus for some time now, with operators and suppliers also looking to engage the lucrative but hard-to-reach Millennial and Generation Z audiences.

These players seek connected, social experiences and this is why games such as Fortnite are so popular. Black Cow’s Multiplayer RGS brings this multiplayer format to the online casino space for the first time.

“The possibilities are endless.” says Max Francis, Black Cow Technology CEO, “Any kind of multiplayer game experience can be built with our Multiplayer RGS platform and our philosophy is just the same as for our successful single player gaming server: the power should be placed in the hands of the operator to create and build multiplayer games efficiently and quickly. This really is the beginning of a new era!.”
