PartnerMatrix and SlotsCalendar sign partnership to raise security awareness

Affiliate marketing software provider, PartnerMatrix, and SlotsCalendar, the IMDb of online slots, have just signed a partnership, raising awareness about the tools operators and affiliates can use to create a more secure environment.

PartnerMatrix and SlotsCalendar will launch various marketing initiatives, covering topics such as security in affiliate marketing, player orientation in affiliate marketing, the latest tools and techniques in enlarging affiliate presence, and more. The partnership will allow both teams to initiate marketing campaigns, reach new audiences and promote affiliate solutions.

Levon Nikoghosyan, CEO of PartnerMatrix, says: “This partnership holds great importance because it allows us to raise awareness of important topics. We remember how SlotsCalendar entered the market a few years ago and seeing the company reaching such high ranks in affiliate marketing is very motivating. The SlotsCalendar team continues putting tremendous efforts into creating a robust network of iGaming enthusiasts and business representatives, and thanks to this, they have a bright future ahead of them.

“However, SlotsCalendar doesn’t hold interest only for players- many big casino operators and B2B companies are very interested in appearing in the SlotsCalendar’s directories. For PartnerMatrix, this is an excellent chance to create a dialogue within a quality audience and promote our tools and solutions to a bigger audience.”

Viorel Stan, CEO of SlotsCalendar, comments: “The lack of active dialogue on specific topics has led to the vulnerability of some niches. We deal with numerous risks daily, and as soon as we figure out how to deal with some challenges and get used to them, other issues appear. Our partnership with PartnerMatrix will create a more dynamic platform for solving problems related to security, payments, transparency in doing business.

“We will continue to raise important topics and share the experiences of both of our companies. I am sure that our cooperation will bear fruit not only for both of our companies but also for many other industry players.”

Catena Media Expands Strategic Review to its European Business

Catena Media has announced that it is expanding the strategic review it initiated on 20 May 2022 to its entire European online sports betting and casino affiliation business.

The European business, consisting of online sports betting and casino affiliation assets acquired prior to mid-2018, has faced challenges in recent years. These relate to regulatory changes in markets including the UK, Sweden, Germany and, most recently, the Netherlands. They also reflect general market developments in Europe, which have affected casino operations in particular.

The expanded strategic review seeks to identify efficiencies in Catena Media’s European operations and to increase the group’s focus on higher margin opportunities within the region. The intention is to free up resources to capitalise on growth opportunities in the fast-growing North American business and in the Asia-Pacific and Latin American regions, thus creating maximum value for the company and its shareholders going forward.

The group aims to pursue annualised savings of at least EUR 5m in operational and capital expenditures. Following applicable laws and relevant regulations, Catena Media will start reviewing its European product portfolio and cost base and enter into a formal consultation process for potentially affected UK- and Malta-based roles. The company intends to provide an update on the outcome before the end of September.

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG), has extended its agreement with European gaming operator Novibet for its automated affiliate marketing compliance and screening tool, GiG Comply.

GiG’s automated marketing compliance solution enables operators like Novibet to scan web pages for content including links, iGaming code red words and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. It works by using its rules engine to analyse real snapshots from affiliates’ campaigns and provides operators with the promotional content that is being used in their brands’ promotions.

It is a flexible tool, which allows operators to set-up their own criteria and checklist parameters and can be tailored to cover any market-specific requirements, helping to ensure that operators remain compliant in multiple jurisdictions.

GiG Comply will continue to help Novibet to remain proactive and in control of its marketing compliance by ensuring affiliates are fully aligned with their brand and responsible gaming requirements.

Jonas Warrer, CMO at GiG, said:“ It’s always a proud moment when one of our partners decides to continue to place trust in GiG Comply. Extending the partnership shows that our marketing compliance tool reflects Novibet’s commitment to sustainability and responsible gaming. We look forward to continuing to support them with their affiliate marketing compliance ”

George Gerakanakis, International Affiliate Manager at Novibet, said: “Providing an engaging yet safe and fully compliant gaming experience is the trifecta of our operations, at Novibet. Affilka by SOFTSWISS implements CPL commission model

Affilka by SOFTSWISS implements CPL commission model
Reading Time: 2 minutes

The leading affiliate marketing platform Affilka by SOFTSWISS broadens the capabilities of its commission constructor by adding the CPL commission model. All Affilka’s clients can now take advantage of CPL deals, allowing them to pay a fixed fee for every player registration.

The new commission plan provides additional opportunities to affiliates and operators. Unlike the CPA commission model, which requires specific actions such as a deposit or further gaming activity from players upon registration, the CPL deal provides payments for all registrations. However, operators can exclude commissions for players who have not been verified, who have another account in the casino, have been disabled, or have set a self-exclusion limit.

Affilka’s commission constructor is a flexible instrument that also allows operators to choose particular countries for CPL deals and apply a different fee rate for different GEOs if needed.

“Implementing CPL deals is another logical step in the development of our product. They offer a wealth of opportunities both for affiliates and operators. They’re great for affiliates who are just starting out in the iGaming vertical or those who want to test out new brand offers and their conversion rates as well as new GEOs. Through CPL deals, iGaming operators can increase brand awareness and attract affiliates from other niches. CPL pays less than CPA, but converts better. To reap most benefits, you need to factor in traffic quality. Luckily, our commission constructor allows you to set various rules for a CPL reward to be triggered,” noted Anastasiya Borovaya, Head of Product at Affilka by SOFTSWISS.

Affilka by SOFTSWISS – a fast-growing affiliate marketing platform – recently passed the milestone of 150 clients in its portfolio. Over the last two months, Affilka has started partnerships with 10 new brands. Expanding its customer base, the product team is constantly improving the functionality and quality of service.
