Energame accepts the resignation of its Managing Partner and CEO of Parimatch group Maksym Liashko

The Board of Shareholders has accepted the resignation of the Managing Partner of Energame and the CEO of Parimatch group, Maksym Liashko. The decision was taken this week during a shareholder meeting of the international holding Parimatch and its management company Energame.
Maksym Liashko has managed Parimatch in Ukraine and globally since April 2022. He was named the managing partner of Energame in the winter of 2023.
Energame, a management consultancy and investment firm, was established in January 2023. Parimatch group was founded in 1994 and since then became one of the most known iGaming companies in the world.
Energame and Parimatch will in the meantime be managed directly by relevant corporate boards supported by a cadre of capable and long-standing senior staff that enjoy the full confidence of the shareholders. All of the group’s companies continue operating as normal while the shareholders have initiated a search for the new CEO to lead the group and continue to deliver the outstanding level of services to customers and partners worldwide.
