Swintt prepares to spin up a Pharaoh’s fortune in Egypt King 2
Sought-after software provider’s latest Premium release offers players the chance to plunder the pyramids to win mystery prizes and lucrative Pearl Feature free spins
This month, popular software studio Swintt is inviting players to join them on an action-packed adventure to the land of the pyramids in Egypt King 2 – an all-new Premium game that can potentially provide a pharaoh’s fortune in wins with its mystery prize feature and Pearl free spins.
Being a SwinttPremium release, the new game boasts all the familiar graphics and sounds of a land-based slot, with ace-through-jack playing card symbols being joined on the reels by golden sarcophagi, ancient scrolls and plucky adventurers. Additionally, the slot uses a special pyramid wild symbol that will not only substitute for any regular icon, but also expands to fill its reel if a payline win can be made.
On top of these standard-issue symbols, Egypt King 2 also offers two additional scatters that can be used to trigger a pair of rewarding bonus features. The first is a purple-bordered diamond that appears only one reels one, three and five – and should three of these icons land at once, players will get to pick one of three mystery prizes to receive an instant multiplier of 30x, 60x or 100x their current stake.
The second meanwhile, is the omni-present Pearl scatter found in many of the studio’s more recent Premium titles. Whenever six of these symbols appear during any base game spin, players will whisk away to a brand-new set of reels where they’ll initially be rewarded with three complimentary free spins.
For each turn that occurs during the Pearl Feature, the free spins counter will reduce by one, but should a subsequent pearl symbol stop in view, it will reset to the starting amount. This process can, of course, continue indefinitely until either no new pearl symbols appear or all 15-reel sections have been filled.
In either case, the cash values displayed on all visible pearls will then be added together and awarded as a bonus prize, but should players successfully fill all five reels, an additional 2x multiplier will be awarded for a full table win. Not only that, but during their free spins, players can also encounter special jackpot pearls that are linked to four local prize pools – namely the Minor, Major, Maxi and Mega pots.
If three matching jackpot pearls appear during the free spins, players will receive the corresponding jackpot amount in addition to their regular prizes – and should they not wish to play for the free spins in the base game, they can also access the bonus directly using the optional Buy Feature Games button.
To give players one final chance to win like an Egyptian, any prizes collected during the base game or the bonus rounds can also be gambled in Swintt’s popular Risk feature. Here, players will be tasked with correctly guessing the colour of a hidden playing card to potentially multiply their total win by 2x.
David Mann, Chief Executive Officer at Swintt, said: “As Swintt has expanded throughout Europe over the past few months, we’ve seen an uptick in the popularity of our SwinttPremium games – particularly in Germany and the Netherlands, where our Pearl Feature has already established itself as a huge hit.
“In light of this we wanted to improve on our winning formula in Egypt King 2, which not only grants players access to four rewarding local jackpots, but also includes an additional 2x multiplier if they’re lucky enough to fill all 15-reel spaces with pearls. As such, we expect the slot to be a popular addition to our Premium range and we can’t wait to hear players’ response when it goes live later this month.”

PRAGMATIC PLAY HITS THE SWEET SPOT WITH FRUITY TREATS
Pragmatic Play, a leading content supplier to the iGaming industry, has added Fruity Treats to its collection of clusters pays Slots.
Five or more fruit symbols must connect horizontally or vertically to award a win in this vibrant 7×7 title, which features a variation of the popular multiplier spots mechanic.
At the start of each spin, four marked spots of different colours take up random positions on the grid. If a win forms over a marked spot, a starting multiplier of 5x, 10x, 15x or 20x (depending on the spot colour) will be activated. Each time a winning combination lands on a marked spot after a tumble, the multiplier is applied to the win and then increases by its starting value.
Hitting at least three candy scatters on a spin awards entry to the bonus game with 10 free spins. During the feature, which can be retriggered with five additional free spins, activated multipliers from marked spots do not reset between free spins, potentially leading to massive wins.
Fruity Treats is the latest cluster pays Slot in Pragmatic Play’s multi-award-winning range, joining recent hit Sugar Rush 1000.
Irina Cornides, Chief Operating Officer at Pragmatic Play, said: “The roaming multiplier spots feature in Fruity Treats sets it apart from other successful cluster pays Slots in the Pragmatic Play portfolio, with marked spots staying sticky in the bonus game for even greater win potential.”
Pragmatic Play currently produces up to eight new Slot titles a month, while also delivering Live Casino and Bingo games as part of its multi-product portfolio, available through a single API.
