Digitain expands its global footprint at Betting on Sports 2019

Platform provider returns to must-attend conference with a progressive portfolio tailored to emerging markets
Digitain, the leading sportsbook and casino platform provider, is set to showcase its powerhouse portfolio at this month’s must-attend Betting on Sports conference, which runs from 17th-20th September at Olympia London.
Fresh from recent wins for excellence at the EGR and RGW Awards 2019, the supplier will be unveiling its progressive platform at Stand L8, where Digitain’s sales force will be on site to advise delegates as to its innovative strategies, products and trading tools which lead the market.
The Digitain team will be spearheaded by Simon Westbury (Director of International Development) and Hmayak Arakelyan (Regional Director for Africa) who are overseeing the provider’s rapid expansion, particularly across emerging territories from Africa to Latin America.
The firm has increased its reach, thanks in large part to its highly modular APIs and a platform which offers odds on 65 different sports, 7,500 leagues, and more than 3,000 betting markets. It also delivers odds on 35,000 live events each month, while its casino solution has 3,000-plus games from major casino suppliers (such as Novomatic, Microgaming, NetEnt and Playson).
Simon Westbury said: “Betting on Sports grows in stature each year and is one of the first dates in the diary for our summit schedule. We can’t wait to unpack our full range of products and services after a landmark year for Digitain, in which we’re setting up an international network of hubs, including a new flagship office in the UK in Sheffield.”
Hmayak Arakelyan said: “Because our platform is so modular, it’s allowed us to tackle diverse emerging markets like Africa with precision and confidence. From differing needs in payment provision to website layouts, our flexible functionality and features (e.g. facilitating USSD / SMS betting, creative engagement tools and an immersive range of home-grown games) give our partners total peace of mind.
“BOS delivers a fantastic forum at which to network with our partners, both old and new, while the panel sessions are filled with seasoned speakers who offer excellent insight into the industry’s current trends and challenges on a variety of topics.”
