Tier-one operator continues its commitment to marketing compliance by partnering with the industry’s leading compliance platform
Ellmount Gaming has signed a deal with Rightlander.com to improve affiliate compliance and boost their responsible gambling measures.
Under the deal, Rightlander.com will continue to offer its technology providing Ellmount access to a comprehensive range of affiliate compliance tools which include the Automated Compliance Monitor, PPC Monitor, Compliance Live and Affiliate Mapping Tools.
The Automated Compliance Monitor helps detect non-compliant content across geo-locations including the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Sweden and the USA. The monitor flags potential violations such as missing terms and conditions, outdated offers, incorrect marketing assets allowing Ellmount brands to remain compliant in different jurisdictions.
The innovative PPC Monitor identifies harmful ads to stop them from appearing on an operator’s branded keywords while the Affiliate Mapping Tool helps operators map previously undeclared affiliate sites to known affiliates.
Using Rightlander allows Ellmount to ensure that affiliates sending traffic to their websites are acting responsibly. Furthermore, it allows the operator to protect its brand online in a constantly changing environment.
Commenting on the partnership, Nicole Mitton, Head of Customer Success at Rightlander.com, said: “Rightlander.com does the heavy lifting for operators and provides them with a clear view of the affiliates linking to their brands across geographies and whether they are doing so in a responsible manner.
We are thrilled to be working with Ellmount Gaming to help them improve their processes and better manage their affiliate partners.”
Miles Saacks, Head of Affiliates at Ellmount Gaming, said: “ Most affiliates and affiliate managers try to understand the basics of what is required in order to keep their websites and business practices compliant according to what the relevant regulators require but sometimes it is very hard because of how complicated they have made the laws. This is where Rightlander have become an industry leader by helping operators translate these difficult to understand regulations into a very easy and simple to use platform.
“Everyone in our industry should want to make sure that players are kept safe and that we are doing everything we can to ensure that the messages we are showing them are not misleading or rule breaking and Rightlander gives us the tools necessary to investigate these issues and rectify them before they cause any harm”.
Affilka by SOFTSWISS implements CPL commission model
The leading affiliate marketing platform Affilka by SOFTSWISS broadens the capabilities of its commission constructor by adding the CPL commission model. All Affilka’s clients can now take advantage of CPL deals, allowing them to pay a fixed fee for every player registration.
The new commission plan provides additional opportunities to affiliates and operators. Unlike the CPA commission model, which requires specific actions such as a deposit or further gaming activity from players upon registration, the CPL deal provides payments for all registrations. However, operators can exclude commissions for players who have not been verified, who have another account in the casino, have been disabled, or have set a self-exclusion limit.
Affilka’s commission constructor is a flexible instrument that also allows operators to choose particular countries for CPL deals and apply a different fee rate for different GEOs if needed.
“Implementing CPL deals is another logical step in the development of our product. They offer a wealth of opportunities both for affiliates and operators. They’re great for affiliates who are just starting out in the iGaming vertical or those who want to test out new brand offers and their conversion rates as well as new GEOs. Through CPL deals, iGaming operators can increase brand awareness and attract affiliates from other niches. CPL pays less than CPA, but converts better. To reap most benefits, you need to factor in traffic quality. Luckily, our commission constructor allows you to set various rules for a CPL reward to be triggered,” noted Anastasiya Borovaya, Head of Product at Affilka by SOFTSWISS.
Affilka by SOFTSWISS – a fast-growing affiliate marketing platform – recently passed the milestone of 150 clients in its portfolio. Over the last two months, Affilka has started partnerships with 10 new brands. Expanding its customer base, the product team is constantly improving the functionality and quality of service.
SOFTSWISS is an international iGaming company supplying certified software solutions for managing gambling operations. The expert team, which counts 1,300+ employees, is based in Malta, Poland, Georgia, and Belarus. SOFTSWISS holds a number of gaming licences and provides one-stop-shop iGaming software solutions. The company has a vast product portfolio, including the Online Casino Platform, the Game Aggregator with thousands of casino games, the Affilka affiliate platform, the Sportsbook Platform and the Jackpot Aggregator. In 2013 SOFTSWISS was the first in the world to introduce a bitcoin-optimised online casino solution.
Gaming Realms joins the First Look Games revolution
First Look Games, the platform that facilitates the distribution of game information from studios to affiliates for the purpose of game promotion, has added Gaming Realms to its list of prestigious developer partners.
Gaming Realms needs no introduction. It is one of the leading providers of real money games and the proud owner of the unique Slingo IP. Their innovative mobile focused content encompasses in-game player defined choice and strategy to augment a fun & engaging player experience; with top titles including Slingo Lucky Larry’s Lobstermania, Slingo Xxxtreme, and Red Hot Slingo.
The studio will now be able to leverage the power of affiliates for game promotion. By joining First Look Games, it gains access to more than 800 approved publishers with their combined global audience of 20+ million players.
As an FLG partner, Gaming Realms can share information about each of its titles including logos, images and videos of games being played. These are uploaded to the First Look Games library where they can be downloaded individually or in bulk and used for content creation.
The studio can also access a range of cutting-edge tools and features that were recently rolled out as part of the First Look Games 2.2 update. This includes more options to manage their games and assets via a brand-new Studio Management Centre.
Key features include being able to announce any exclusivity arrangements they have on game launches as well as adding and removing jurisdictions for each game.
Other highlights of First Look Games 2.2 include a cutting-edge and free API feature that provides connected access to game and game studio data, presented to affiliates in a structured format. This allows them to automatically create initial reviews of games. All this is handled via an intuitive UI and backed by extensive data reports post-launch.
Tom Galanis, Managing Director at First Look Games, said: “Gaming Realms is a studio powerhouse and by becoming an FLG partner it can now use the unrivalled reach of affiliate marketing to drive even more awareness of its games among players and operators.
“With FLG, the power is in the studio’s hands to share the information they want, when they want to share it, and this enables developers to maximise the opportunity presented by working with publishers for game promotion.
“We have more than 800 approved affiliates ready and waiting for information and assets for Gaming Realms’ latest slot launches so they can push their games to millions of players around the world from the get-go.”
Gareth Scott, Commercial Director at Gaming Realms, added: “We have long understood the value of affiliates when it comes to promoting our games but in First Look Games, we have a platform that does much of the heavy lifting for affiliate outreach while also ensuring the accuracy of the content publishers create.
“This is a great partnership for us and one that will allow us to make more players aware of the fun and thrilling experience our games have been designed to deliver from the first spin to the last.”
The Pools launches major promotion for affiliates
Operator offering 10,000 free entries to its Classic Pools game with a jackpot prize of £3million up for grabs in Michael Owen-backed campaign
The Pools has launched a major promotion for affiliates to use to drive new player acquisition as part of celebrations for the gambling brand’s centenary season.
The Pools is preparing to celebrate its 100th season, billed as ‘it’s best season ever’ in the top flight of football betting, by giving away 10,000 free games.
Players can test their knowledge of team form and have the chance to join the elite club of Pools millionaires – for free!
If they use their skill and judgement to correctly predict score draws, they could walk away with one of The Football Pools’ big cash prizes – including a top weekly jackpot of £3million.
With the 2022/23 season marking the start of a historic century, The Football Pools has made a new signing to help kick off its celebrations.
Former England, Liverpool and Manchester United star Michael Owen will be the face of the new season Classic Pools coupon 10,000 free game giveaway.
Affiliates will be able to use a selection of special assets to promote the campaign and push new players to The Pools.
The record-breaking striker turned pundit knows all about the power of 10 – he wore the lucky number throughout his career at Anfield, netting 158 goals for the Reds, and when he made a decade of goalscoring appearances for England.
He’s also a keen supporter of The Football Pools, as one of three new members on the Pools Panel.
Michael said he was looking forward to helping fans use their passion for the game to become Pools prize winners.
“The Football Pools is an institution in this country that generations have grown up with,” Owen said.
“It’s an incredible achievement to be reaching its 100th season and by giving away these 10,000 games, hopefully it will be an opportunity for lots of people to play for free and make it a really memorable one. We might even get players who win life-changing prizes which would be amazing.”
Derek Lloyd, CEO of The Football Pools & The Pools, said the 10,000 free game giveaway was a way to share the anniversary celebrations with players who’ve been loyal over the years, and introduce new ones to a British tradition.
“We know how much people love the Pools, matchdays wouldn’t be the same without it for lots of players and families, so as we go into what is a landmark year for our company we want them to have this game on us – and we hope to be handing over some of our famous Pools cheques to them soon!”
Andrea Foley, Partnership Marketing Manager at The Pools, added: “We know that promotions are a part of new player sign-ups, and we want our affiliate partners to be able to use the offers responsibly to engage their audiences and introduce them to The Pools.
“This is one of our biggest promotions yet, with 10,000 free games available and a prize pot to play for including the £3m jackpot. This, combined with Michael Owen fronting the campaign, should really help affiliates generate significant interest around The Pools and the start of the new football season.”
Affiliates not already working with The Pools can find more information here.
