With our largest ever Prague Gaming Summit in the rear-view mirror, I’d like to take the time to thank every one of our friends, attendees, and partners who made this year truly special!

While fears around the COVID-19 virus played their part, I am absolutely delighted by not only the excellent precautionary work our team took but also in our collective decision to ensure that we as an industry were able to come together and share our knowledge.

From marketing to compliance, regulation and social gaming as well as diversity, our collaboration among some of Eastern Europe’s brightest minds has started a gaming family that we look forward to hosting for many more years to come.

The speaking tracks were absolutely fantastic, with light shed on new markets, technology, and opportunities, and I hope that every one of our fellow attendees came away with as much new knowledge as we did.

From all of us at European Gaming, I’m thrilled to say that we are honored to have the opportunity to work with each and every one of our industry peers.

Of course, from our team, I’d like to take the time to give a special shout out to our team members, Andrada and Alex, who now know what we’re capable of. A big hand of course also to our legendary content gurus, George, Niji, and Vlad, all of whom have played a huge role in our rapid rise to prominence over the past years.

Next up for us will be the MARE BALTICUM Gaming Summit, as well as the Baltic and Scandinavian Gaming Awards, all set to take place on the 7th of May in Tallinn, Estonia. With a star-studded list of guests, we’ll be honored to welcome plenty of regional regulators to offer their first-hand insight, as well as a brilliant content track with everything from cross-promotions, new betting markets, the latest tech and of course, EURO 2020!

During March, we’ll also be opening registrations for CEEGC Penta Budapest, and for our much-anticipated European Gaming Congress 2020 in Athens. Of course, do stay tuned for more announcements! We might pull a rabbit out of the hat and announce even more events.

In the meantime, from each of us at European Gaming, thank you all and see you soon!

It did not take long until the industry reacted and we are also eager to reveal that both Q1 Meetups already have +1000 registrations and each confirmed a lineup of +40 industry experts.

The Q1 Meetups will take place on the following dates:

Each meetup features several panel discussions per region and topics that are joined by key industry experts, CEOs, C-Level Executives, Business Development Managers, and sometimes government officials/regulators.

Leading conference in the CEE region will be held in a hybrid format on 28 May 2021.

We are excited to announce that the registrations are open for the 5th edition of Prague Gaming Summit which will be held in a hybrid format on the 28th of May 2021.

The hybrid event will take place at the ‘traditional base’ of the conference (Vienna House Andel’s Prague) and will allow local industry shareholders to meet up and connect.

The hybrid format gives the opportunity to all interested parties that are not able to travel to access the conference content and event attend virtual meetings.

“I don’t believe in a new normal, I believe that this is temporarily abnormal, which creates some unique opportunities and drives innovation forward. Hosting hybrid and virtual conferences is one of them,” stated Zoltán Tűndik, Co-Founder and Head of Business at Hipther Agency.

Prague Gaming Summit was launched in 2017 and is known to raise the bar each year.

The 2020 edition of the conference was the last live conference that was held just before the first European lockdowns started and has established a new format that includes more topics, talks, and engaging round table discussions.

We promise yet another very engaging conference with lots of surprises and also unveil the possibility of hosting an unwind session on 29 May which includes a sightseeing boat trip on the Vltava River.
