Gaming Realms Expects 55% Rise in Full-year Revenue

Gaming Realms PLC has told the investors that the strong trading trends seen in the first half continued through the first eight months of 2020. The company now expects that its full-year revenue will be around 55% better than 2019.
The company said it expects revenue for the year will amount to £10.7mln. As a result, it also expects underlying earnings (adjusted EBITDA) of not less than £2.7mln for 2020.
The company noted that the strong performance is being driven by the expansion of its partners international and the release of new Slingo games.
Gaming Realms pointed out that during the second half it has gone live with five new game partners, including Flutter Entertainment’s PaddyPower, Betfair and has launched four new Slingo games.
Looking ahead, the company pointed to expansion in the US where it recently applied for licences in Pennsylvania and Michigan, with launch dates slated for the first half of 2021.
More generally, it added in the trading statement: “The company is confident of achieving further progress during 2021 and will provide further updates on its progress in due course.”
