Wazdan expands Serbian reach with SoccerBet partnership

Wazdan, the innovative games provider, has gone live with Serbian-facing operator SoccerBet, launching its products through the business’ online brand SoccerBet.rs – one of the top two operators in Serbia.
The agreement will see SoccerBet benefit from Wazdan’s entire catalogue of games, including top-performing 9 Lions, as well as Hold the Jackpot hits Magic Spins™, Power of Gods: Hades™, and Sun of Fortune.
While enjoying Wazdan’s innovative slot titles – provided through the Blue Ocean Gaming platform – SoccerBet’s players will also experience unique special features, including the impressive Volatility Levels™, Hold the Jackpot, and Collect to Infinity™, among others.
The deal illustrates phenomenal growth for the provider as it continues to expand across Europe, following recent partnerships with the likes of Casino Lugano, Napoleon Sports & Casino, and BetOlimp.
As tournaments are particularly popular in Serbia, Wazdan, along with three other providers, will run a New Provider Tournament in the country involving eight games with a prize pool of €8,000 (1.000.000 RSD).
Radka Bacheva, Head of Sales and Business Development for Balkan and SE Europe at Wazdan, said: “We’re delighted to grow our presence in Serbia with SoccerBet in what will sure be a mutually beneficial partnership.
“The operator has always exhibited an in-depth understanding of their players’ preferences and we’re certain they will really enjoy playing the top-class games we have to offer.”
Marko Jovanovic, Product Manager at SoccerBet, said: “We’re thrilled to bring Wazdan’s titles to our customers. Providing exciting and intuitive experiences to our players is what we strive to do on a daily basis, and we are confident these exciting titles with their innovative mechanics will strike a chord with them.”

BETBY expands global presence with Montenegro office

BETBY, the innovative sportsbook supplier, has further broadened its footprint after opening an office in Montenegro.
The site, based in the city of Budva, will see more than 15 members of the team relocate to the heart of the Old Town on the Adriatic, across a range of departments.
In addition, the space has the potential to expand capacity and act as a base for global personnel looking to relocate for the summer period, as the supplier continues to focus on employee wellbeing and encourage hybrid working.
It becomes the third office opened by BETBY, following locations in Latvia and Malta, as it continues its impressive growth. In 2022, its headcount almost doubled to more than 80, with the provider enjoying another strong commercial year.
Leonid Pertsovskiy, Chief Executive Officer at BETBY, said: “We’re delighted to be opening our brand new office in Montenegro. In a gorgeous part of the country, it resonates with our ethos of creating work environments that our employees are proud of, and we’re confident it will add to what is set to be a fantastic 2023 for us.
“With it being a full-time office, as well as a space for staff to treat it as a ‘getaway’ destination, we can’t wait to fully utilise the benefits of our latest location, and look forward to growing further over the course of the year.”
BETBY will be attending the ICE London exhibition, hosted at the ExCeL London, between 7th-9th February. They can be found at stand S1-130.

Altenar ready for global expansion with PalmsBet

Altenar, the leading sportsbook and iGaming software provider, has announced that it is set to power PalmsBet’s global operations.
This deal sees Altenar bolster their standing as one of the leading tech providers in Europe, with its reputation in the Balkan region at an all-time high.
The key focus is on Bulgaria, with the market offering significant scope for expansion with a projected sports betting revenue in excess of €850m in 2026, almost €600m more than six years previously.
Altenar is also set to scale the operator’s Africa operations, which went live in Kenya in December with Peru set to follow in April this year.
PalmsBet is one of the most exciting operators within the Bulgarian market, with over 20,000 sporting events on offer. The operator group also has a partnership with La Liga, highlighting the brand’s strength in football betting across Europe.
As part of the deal, PalmsBet will also be given access to Altenar’s award-winning sports betting and virtual sports offering, allowing the operator to make giant strides in these three regions.
Commenting on the deal, George Mavridis, Commercial Account Manager at Altenar, said: “This deal with PalmsBet is truly exciting given that Bulgaria is a market full of potential in terms of sports betting and incredibly exciting demographics.

SportingWin strikes Pinnacle partnership in Bulgaria

SportingWin, the ambitious online sportsbook operator, has put pen to paper on a breakthrough deal that will see it use Pinnacle’s B2B iframe solution to further establish itself as the go-to betting brand in the Bulgarian market.
The exclusive deal will see SportingWin, which has made strides in the market since launching last year, enhance its sportsbook offering through Pinnacle’s cutting-edge technology.
Using Pinnacle’s solution, SportingWin aims to attract more quality customers, especially the high-volume high-value bettors that often make up most of an operator’s revenue. It will also be able to improve hold, reduce volatility and optimise performance.
Since making its debut in Bulgaria, SportingWin has already had a major impact on the market. In 4Q22, the operator generated €500,000 in net revenue with the Pinnacle partnership set to take that to the next level over the coming 12 months.
SportingWin is a Malta-based B2C betting company, which became the fifth licensed operator to enter the Bulgarian market with a Romania market launch in the pipeline.
Mark Chakravarti, Investment Director at SportingWin, said: “Pinnacle is an industry powerhouse that needs no introduction. Its B2B iframe solution is a cut above the rest and will allow SprotingBet to further establish itself as a leading betting brand in Bulgaria.
“This is certainly the case when it comes to engaging the 5% of quality customers that can and do make up more than 80% of an operator’s revenue. These players require certain products, features and levels of service, and with the help of Pinnacle, we can now exceed their expectations.
“We have got off to a great start in Bulgaria with our SportingWin brand, but this partnership with Pinnacle really does mark our arrival in the market where we expect to become a major player over the next 12 months.”
Rohini Sardana, Business Development Director at Pinnacle, added: “Pinnacle Solution has been designed to help operators leverage our state-of-the-art technology and our unrivalled experience honed over more than two decades. SportingWin can now use this to continue to establish itself as a true market leader in Bulgaria.”
