Apparat Gaming unveil a magical multiplier adventure in Garden Gnomes
Innovative German developer invites players to enjoy five reels of fairytale-themed fun in exciting new slot that’s filled with free spins and massive multipliers worth up to 30x
Apparat Gaming, the popular German software provider behind fan-favourite slots Mystic Forest and Sticky Star Fruits, is back with a bang this month as it unveils a magical new addition to its ever-expanding game portfolio with the fairytale-themed release, Garden Gnomes.
Played over five reels and 10 fixed paylines, Garden Gnomes is set in an idyllic mountain village and features a colourful collection of pint-sized creatures as its high-value symbols. With these diminutive dwarves all having their own unique personalities, players can land prizes of up to 100x their bet for any five-of-a-kind gnome combo, with substitute wilds filling in to help them complete winning paylines.
Where the magic really happens, however, is in the game’s exciting free spins feature, which can be triggered by landing three or more mine cart bonus symbols or by using the optional “Buy Feature” button for a cost of 87x the selected stake. Once activated, night will fall over the village backdrop and players will be transported to a new set of reels, where they’ll receive an initial reward of 15 free spins.
On this enhanced gameboard, not only will the conventional nine-through-ace playing card symbols be removed to leave only gnomes, but players will also notice that an additional column of orbs will appear to the left of the reels. Now whenever a winning gnome combination is hit, a multiplier will be added to its corresponding space, increasing the value of any subsequent wins using the same gnome.
With these multiplier values starting at 2x and increasing up through 4x, 6x, 10x, 15x and finally even 30x the current win, there are big prizes to be had – especially when several gnomes are all receiving a boost at once. But that’s not all. Should players successfully achieve a win with each of the five coloured gnomes during their 15 free spins, they’ll receive a further 15 games with all currently active multipliers still being applied.
This way, players can enjoy up to 30 free spins with maximum multipliers of 30x being added to each winning gnome combination, with this creating a medium-high volatility game with a maximum potential return to player of 96.06% that can be enjoyed from as little as €0,10 per spin on all platforms.
Martin Frindt, Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer at Apparat Gaming, said: “At Apparat Gaming, we’ve always believed there’s a little magic in every garden gnome – and in our enchanting slot of the same name, these quirky beings will be all too happy to share some of their good fortune with players.”
“With Grumpy, Sleepy, Flirty, Happy and Drunk all helping them on their journey to uncovering hidden riches, each gnome has its own unique personality and charm; and all five can combine to great effect in the game’s free spins feature, where massive multipliers of 10x can be added to every winning spin!”

PRAGMATIC PLAY HITS THE SWEET SPOT WITH FRUITY TREATS
Pragmatic Play, a leading content supplier to the iGaming industry, has added Fruity Treats to its collection of clusters pays Slots.
Five or more fruit symbols must connect horizontally or vertically to award a win in this vibrant 7×7 title, which features a variation of the popular multiplier spots mechanic.
At the start of each spin, four marked spots of different colours take up random positions on the grid. If a win forms over a marked spot, a starting multiplier of 5x, 10x, 15x or 20x (depending on the spot colour) will be activated. Each time a winning combination lands on a marked spot after a tumble, the multiplier is applied to the win and then increases by its starting value.
Hitting at least three candy scatters on a spin awards entry to the bonus game with 10 free spins. During the feature, which can be retriggered with five additional free spins, activated multipliers from marked spots do not reset between free spins, potentially leading to massive wins.
Fruity Treats is the latest cluster pays Slot in Pragmatic Play’s multi-award-winning range, joining recent hit Sugar Rush 1000.
Irina Cornides, Chief Operating Officer at Pragmatic Play, said: “The roaming multiplier spots feature in Fruity Treats sets it apart from other successful cluster pays Slots in the Pragmatic Play portfolio, with marked spots staying sticky in the bonus game for even greater win potential.”
Pragmatic Play currently produces up to eight new Slot titles a month, while also delivering Live Casino and Bingo games as part of its multi-product portfolio, available through a single API.
