Supplier’s new game showcases stunning graphics and enticing features for an engaging slot adventure

NetEnt is taking players deep inside an enchanted woodland steeped in elvish magic in its new release Wilderland™. Set within a magical forest, the slot hides some mystical features. NetEnt’s famous Walking Wilds mechanic is back but now with Walking Scatters, multiplying multipliers and stacks. All the player needs is the Wilds to connect in the activation zone to start the feature.

The forest has rules about letting its secrets escape. The walking symbols can come back on the reels after walking off accompanied by an anticipation animation that drives excitement to the treetops.

Wilderland’s free spins depend on those walking symbols. Players will keep getting free spins until the last walking symbols are gone, while each spin can bring more with a full screen activation zone to increase chances of adjacent symbols connecting.

“Wilderland is a personal favourite of mine. Walking Scatter Wilds is something unique, powerful and simple that gives that feeling of thrill and constant excitement. With the multipliers, expanding stacks and the rich theme it will be a very strong title for NetEnt this year. We are looking forward to our players’ response to this title,” Bryan Upton, NetEnt Director of Games.

Earlier this month NetEnt released the HTML5 version of the classic title Robin Hood: Shifting Riches and on March 31st Asia-facing game Long Pao will be launched.

NetEnt is set to launch its award-winning games in West Virginia with iGaming operator BetMGM. This marks NetEnt’s first entry into the Mountain State.

NetEnt has teamed up with fast-growing iGaming group BetMGM in a partnership that is set to further increase the supplier’s reach in key US markets. Backed by GVC Group and MGM Resorts, BetMGM is soon to launch NetEnt content in West Virginia, which opened the doors to online casinos on July 15, marking the first time NetEnt’s internationally renowned content will be available in the market. NetEnt recently received a temporary license from the regulating authorities in West Virginia.

The agreement follows a strong period of growth for NetEnt in the US, after recently reporting triple-digit increases in quarterly gross gaming revenue in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

“BetMGM’s rapid success in the US has been impressive and shows no signs of slowing down, making this a significant deal for our company as we continue to expand across the country,” says Brian Kraft, NetEnt Vice President Commercial, Americas. “Thanks to the strong performance of our games locally, the US is now a major revenue driver for NetEnt and we look forward to working with BetMGM to accelerate growth of both our businesses.”

Matthew Sunderland, VP Gaming at BetMGM, said: “We have already seen great success with NetEnt content in New Jersey. Their team really understand what appeals to gaming customers and I am positive this will serve as a major advantage as we strengthen our existing casino offering in West Virginia.”

Supplier also launches two dedicated blackjack tables with EveryMatrix

NetEnt has advanced its live casino offering by adding three new standard blackjack tables in its Qormi studio and signing a deal to provide dedicated tables to CasinoEngine, EveryMatrix’s iGaming integration platform.

The increased studio capacity expands NetEnt Live’s operations and has been created in response to heightened demand for the supplier’s live products over the last year.

The latest partnership with EveryMatrix, the first dedicated table deal secured by the supplier this year, builds on the rapid growth that has allowed NetEnt to quickly expand its market share in the vertical.

The news comes as the supplier continues to invest in its live business, expanding the core portfolio, introducing new games and formats, as well as advancing its proprietary chroma-key technology.

“Given the recent achievements of NetEnt Live it made sense strategically to expand operations of our Malta studio, building capacity for the future projected growth,” said Andres Rengifo, Director of NetEnt Live. “Meanwhile, by securing a key reseller partnership with EveryMatrix, we have strengthened our position within the live casino industry as a trusted supplier for dedicated business.”

“NetEnt is a valuable partner to our business, and we are pleased to expand our existing partnership in live casino. The new blackjack tables are a valuable asset for our clients, and we are certain they will deliver amazing entertainment. EveryMatrix is a flexible provider, always looking to offer operators the entertainment options they need to grow,” Amund Stensland, CasinoEngine COO.
