Pariplay Strengthens Position in Romanian Market with 888casino Partnership

Pariplay Ltd., the No. 1 aggregator and content provider behind innovative products including the Fusion™ aggregation platform and the Ignite Studio development programme, has today announced its further expansion in the Romanian market through a partnership with 888casino, one of the world’s leading gambling and entertainment solutions providers.

The agreement will see Pariplay’s portfolio of exciting casino games become more widely available in the Romanian iGaming space and builds on its initial introduction in Q1 2020. The partnership also marks Pariplay’s third and largest Romanian partner since being granted its Romanian license by the Romanian National Gambling Office (ONJN) in July of 2019 and expands on its existing partnership with 888casino, where Pariplay today is live in several key regulated markets.

Pariplay is launching the partnership with Mystic Manor and Dragons of North, one of their most popular titles, and will be rolling out another 13 shortly thereafter, including the proprietary Wolf Riches and branded Bloodshot: Rising Spirit. This leading casino content, which is already immensely popular throughout regulated Europe, is poised to be an exceptional addition to 888casino’s impressive offering of over 650 games from a multi-vendor platform of providers.

Founded in 2013, 888casino is one of the industry’s most highly regarded online casinos, evidenced by its win for ‘Casino Operator of the Year’ at the 2019 EGR Operator Awards, where it was recognised for excellence in gaming across multiple criteria. Partnering with one of world’s leading gambling and entertainment solutions providers will help garner additional exposure for Pariplay’s high-quality games, which are have increasing popularity within the Romanian market.

By bolstering its presence in Romania, Pariplay has once again demonstrated its commitment to extending its footprint across global regulated markets. The Romanian market in particular has been flourishing in recent years, reporting 9 billion RON in annual turnover in 2019, with continued growth since 2014.

The company’s two acquisitions are one of the world’s top 10 largest online poker rooms and a performance marketing holding.

Parimatch Tech, an international company that develops the Parimatch brand and provides tech and marketing solutions for the entertainment industry worldwide, has secured the M&A deals with a performance marketing holding, mr.fish, and Ukraine’s largest online poker room, PokerMatch. The deal offers mutually beneficial opportunities for all parties, allowing Parimatch Tech to expand its entertainment and marketing product portfolio further and providing mr.fish and PokerMatch with new global expansion prospects.

The company is a partner of the All-Ukrainian Sports Poker Federation and the title sponsor of the Ukrainian national sports poker team.

mr.fish acquisition will further strengthen Parimatch Tech’s MarTech expertise, considering that the holding is one of Eastern Europe’s leaders focusing on a wide range of digital services, including affiliate marketing, SEO, media buying, retention, reactivation, PR strategy, creative, design, and influence marketing. The company is home to multiple business units:

Digital Chain, an international marketing agency with deep expertise and extensive experience in iGaming, gambling, and sports betting.

Vadideo, an international CPM advertising network.

Papa Karlo, an international CPA network with deep expertise in affiliate marketing

NetCraft.Global, an international marketing agency that provides craft SEO solutions for complex businesses.

Copylancer, one of the biggest freelance copywriting websites in Eastern Europe.

 

The two new assets will be integrated into Parimatch Tech’s marketing and business strategy of entering the new global markets with the Parimatch brand.
