Yggdrasil makes LatAm debut with Patagonia Entertainment partnership

Yggdrasil has completed a landmark content partnership integration with Patagonia Entertainment that has seen the innovative supplier make its debut entry into the rapidly regulating Latin America market.

The fast-growing LatAm provider has enabled its network of regional operators to have access to Yggdrasil’s complete content portfolio including latest releases Yokozuna Clash and The One Armed Bandit, fan favourites Wild Robo Factory and Jackpot Raiders, as well as classic titles such as its Vikings trilogy

Following the successful integration, Patagonia’s growing network of customers is able to use Yggdrasil’s industry-leading proprietary BOOST® range of in-game promotional tools.

Since being founded in 2014, Patagonia has established a strong foothold in Mexico, Colombia and other regulating Latin American markets developing proprietary casino and bingo content and offering clients an omni-channel platform solution in the last two years.

Microgaming Signs Distribution Agreement with Neko Games

Microgaming has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with game design and development studio, Neko Games.

The studio’s Super Showball video bingo game is live on Microgaming’s content aggregation platform from 26 May 2020, joining hundreds of new games being added throughout the year by the supplier’s diverse roster of exclusive independent studios and content partners.

“Video bingo games are particularly popular in LATAM, and the team at Neko Games have done a tremendous job with their debut title, Super Showball. We are pleased to welcome the studio to our content aggregation platform and look forward to working with them on further diversifying our portfolio for Microgaming customers worldwide,” Leon Thomas, Commercial Director of Microgaming, said.

Betcris becomes the first American continent operator to join IBIA

Leading Latin American sports betting brand Betcris has joined the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) strengthening the association’s monitoring and alert coverage for the region. The brand has been owned by TV Global Enterprises Limited since 2006 and offers online sports betting services in many countries throughout the world. It is however particularly strong in the emerging Latin American betting market where it also operates retail premises. Betcris is the second operator to join IBIA since the start of 2020, with five new members joining in 2019.

Khalid Ali, CEO of the International Betting Integrity Association, said: “I’m delighted to welcome one of the leading sports betting brands in Latin America to IBIA. The association has longstanding information sharing partnerships with leading sports and gambling regulators to utilise its data and prosecute corruption. It represents the sector at high-level policy discussion forums such as the IOC, UN, Council of Europe and European Commission.

Salsa Technology has been buoyed by the news of a fresh content partnership with sportsbook and iGaming platform provider, BtoBet.

Salsa Technology’s market-leading Video Bingos will be integrated onto BtoBet’s Neuron 3 platform  enhancing its casino offering during the COVID-19 crisis.
