High 5 Casino, a premier US-based online casino, has introduced a new affiliate programme in association with Income Access, which is Paysafe’s marketing technology and services provider. As per the partnership, High 5 Casino can leverage the Income Access platform to strategically optimise the affiliate programme.

The affiliate programme will provide distinct real money casino and social casino product offerings.

Acroud Signs LOI to Acquire iGaming Assets of PMG Group

Acroud AB, an iGaming affiliate business firm, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire the iGaming assets of the PMG Group (PMG), an online marketing solutions provider.

This is the latest out of three LOIs that Acroud recently has signed as part of the strategy to create “the Media House of the Future” and become a fast-growing global challenger in digital comparison and news services.

“This is a major piece in the puzzle to move Acroud strategically forward in the direction to become “the Media house of the future” and a fast-growing global challenger in digital comparison and news services. The three acquisitions are together transformative for Acroud’s operations and we now aim to efficiently complete them. The focus will thereafter be on operational excellence and develop the new Acroud together with our new team and partners on the exciting journey ahead,” Robert Andersson, President and CEO of Acroud, said.

The acquisition includes Matching Visions, an iGaming affiliate network with a prime position within Casino affiliation in the European market, as well as the fast-growing Voonix, a software company providing successful B2B software aimed at improving information and productivity for affiliates within different industries. Furthermore, the acquisition includes Traffic Grid, which is focused on bringing predominately iGaming affiliate campaigns to mainstream affiliate networks.

The acquisition is expected to be finalised in the fourth quarter of 2020.

ENV Media Acquires Indian Lotto Site OnlineLotteries.in

Bulgaria based EsseN Videri Media LTD (ENV Media) has acquired the Indian affiliate website onlinelotteries.in (OL). OL is a popular lotto portal for rankings and reviews of online lottery sites, lottery tickets and payment guides.

“The lottery vertical in India is huge and we believe that the structural growth together with the digitalisation that is going on will accelerate the transformation from physical lotteries to online. With the acquisition of OnlineLotteries, we strengthen our position in India and add another vertical to create growth from,” Mattias Bergehed, CEO of ENV Media, said.

“The acquisition also creates synergies in the organisation as we get more data points to analyse, which will result in improved acquisition and refined on page optimization,” Mattias Bergehed added.
