Optimove Launches Enhanced Pulse Benchmark Tool for the iGaming and Sports Betting Sectors

Optimove, the Customer-Led Marketing Platform and the leading CRM solution for the iGaming market, today announced the launch of its new and improved Pulse, an industry benchmark tool for iGaming and Sports Betting operators.

The upgraded Pulse offers new KPIs and benchmarks, a new design, and an enhanced user interface to empower Optimove clients to generate industry insights, benchmarks, and KPIs quickly. With the brand-new Pulse tool, marketing teams can gain access to daily industry-wide benchmarks and KPIs in real-time, providing visibility into the rest of the industry, broken down by country. The Pulse presents data aggregated anonymously from over 200 iGaming and sports betting brands, including industry giants and boutique operators.

B2B gaming supplier Push Gaming has amplified its European growth via a new partnership with Ambassadoribet in Georgia.

The provider’s entire portfolio of hits will become available to players of the popular brand, including recent releases like Big Bam-Book and Razor Ways alongside popular legacy titles such as Jammin’ Jars.

Ambassadoribet has amassed a large following of players in Georgia, catering to both land-based and online sectors since its launch in 2023, with this latest agreement further bolstering its offering.

Regulating the Game Confirms First Two Speakers of Masterclass Series

The organisers of the Regulating the Game conference that will be held in Sydney, Australia, from March 10 to 13 have announced the first two confirmed speakers for its 2025 Masterclass Series in Sydney.

Jay Robinson, chief stakeholder relations officer at Focal Research Consultants, will present a masterclass on “Beyond Compliance – Safer Gambling Training and Building a Culture of Customer Care.”

The organisers said: “Jay brings deep global experience in developing and implementing safer gambling strategies that go beyond mere compliance and underpin cogent industry voice and leadership.

“Jay’s session will focus on creating a culture of customer care, equipping participants with practical tools and insights to enhance player protection and responsible gambling practices. Superbet Group Announces Appointment of Sacha Dragic as Co-CEO

Superbet Group has announced key leadership appointments, approved by the Board of Directors. Sacha Dragic, the founder of Superbet, will return to the Group in an executive role. Sacha and Jimmy Maymann, current CEO, will partner to take on new roles as Co-CEOs of the Group.

Sameen Jalal, who prior to joining Superbet was previously the Director of Engineering leading applied machine learning at Wayve, and had numerous leadership roles in Facebook, has been appointed Chief Technology Officer. Andrei Dusu, who prior to joining Superbet was the co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Eversync, and had numerous leadership roles in Google, has been appointed Chief Product Officer. Albert Simsensohn who joined Superbet following leadership roles in McKinsey and Meta has been appointed Chief Operating Officer.
